Jeremiah McClellan, Ohio State Buckeyes wide receiver commit, delivers dazzling touchdown: Watch

Christian Brothers (Missouri) four-star wide receiver Jeremiah McClellan showed off his shiftiness and speed on a long touchdown Friday night

Ohio State's football program is known for churning out elite wide receivers, especially lately.

And it doesn't look like that streak is going to end anytime soon.

Ohio State's 2024 recruiting class boasts a pair of five-star pass-catchers in Chaminade-Madonna (Florida) star Jeremiah Smith, who had over 120 yards and two touchdowns in the first quarter Friday night, and New Haven (Indiana) playmaker Mylan Graham.

With that dynamic duo, it might be easy to overlook Christian Brothers (Missouri) four-star receiver Jeremiah McClellan, but that would be a mistake, as he's one of the nation's most explosive playmakers.

On Friday night in a highly-anticipated match-up against St. Louis University, which boasts five-star receiver Ryan Wingo, McClellan appeared determined to steal the show.

McClellan scored on a dazzling 61-yard touchdown catch-and-run, added two rushing touchdowns via the wildcat and had a defensive touchdown called back due to penalty - all in the first half of action.

But it was the 61-yarder that showcased the future Buckeyes' play-making ability, as he took a short pass, juked a defender and ran away from the defense:

McClellan is rated the nation's No. 17 wide receiver, but his offer sheet tells a different story.

The Ohio State pledge collected more than 40 major scholarship offers before he committed and was one of the most coveted players in America.

The reason was on full display early and often Friday night.
