The Oregon 6A girls basketball state tournament continues Friday with semifinal games at the University of Portland's Chiles Center.

Follow this post for live updates. No. 1 South Medford and No. 5 Willamette are scheduled to begin at 6:30 p.m. No. 2 Clackamas and No. 6 Benson are set for 8:15 p.m.

FINAL: Benson 51, Clackamas 47

Barhoum gets a decent look at a 3, misses, but after Benson rebounds, they travel with the ball while celebrating. 0.8 back on clock

Clackamas traps, flies around, but can't cause turnover. They finally foul Chandler-Roberts with 8.1 seconds left. Misses first ... hits second ... 51-47. Cavs timeout

Davidson buries the wide-open 3 from the top-right of the arc with 41.7 seconds left. Cavs coach Korey Landolt calls timeout with 38.6 showing. Don't have to foul, but with only a 3.6-second difference with shot clock and no advance off timeout, might have to consider it. Benson 50-47

End 3rd: A Davidson floater at the buzzer pulls Clackamas within 12 at 46-34 with eight minutes left to mount a comeback and get the chance to defend its title tomorrow night against South Medford.

No. 1 South Medford vs. No. 5 Willamette

FINAL: South Medford 46, Willamette 43

Taylor Young is fouled and makes it 46-43 with 4.8 seconds left. SM calls timeout to set defense. SM also has 3 fouls to give before getting to bonus

And Ceron-Romero is fouled with TWO SECONDS on the shot clock and 9.6 in the game. Splits 2 FTs, but Akpan with her 11th offensive board of the game gets SM another possession.

Brynn Smith drives to the basket and splits a pair of defenders for the tying layin with 47.8 seconds left. Timeout South Medford, all knotted up 43-43
