Spygate in Oregon high school football? Wife of Tigard coach accused of filming Lakeridge practice

The OSAA has been notified of the incident

A confrontation at Lakeridge High School could mar the football matchup between Lakeridge and Tigard on Thursday.

During Tuesday’s football practice at Lakeridge High School, sources say several individuals spotted a woman possibly recording football practice.

Multiple players in the Lakeridge program recognized the woman as Cori Feist, wife of Tigard interim coach Ken Feist and mother of Tigard starting quarterback Jake Feist.

In a recorded confrontation, Lakeridge coach Spencer Phillips accused Feist of filming Lakeridge practice and asking to see and delete the video on her phone.

Feist denied filming practice and said she was there for her daughter’s event.

She refused to show Phillips her phone.

While SBLive Sports confirmed that other events were taking place at Lakeridge that evening, two sources said they were alarmed by Feist’s extended presence at Lakeridge football practice with her phone not-so-discreetly turned toward the field.

The OSAA has confirmed it has spoken to officials from both schools about the incident and that they expect the athletic directors from each school to resolve the issue.

Lakeridge hosts Tigard on Thursday at 7 p.m. in a Three Rivers League football clash.
