Boston Hodges of Dayton voted the WaFd Bank Oregon Boys Athlete of the Week

Hodges received 65.35% of the vote, beating out Cascade Christian's Ashton Moody, who finished second with 31.19%

Congratulations to Dayton’s Boston Hodges for being voted SBLive’s WaFd Bank Oregon Boys Athlete of the Week for the week of Sept. 18-24. 

Hodges, a senior quarterback on the Dayton football team, rushed for 226 yards and two touchdowns on eight carries, helping the Pirates run to a 48-27 victory at Taft in a Class 3A Special District 2 contest.

Hodges received 65.35% of the vote, beating out Ashton Moody, a senior on the Cascade Christian football team, who finished second with 31.19%. Ayden Lawless, a senior on the Canby boys soccer team, was third with 1.26% and Kenja Johnson, a junior on the Sprague football team, was fourth with 1.05%. There were more than 9,000 votes tallied this week.
