Bronson Gilyard of St. Thomas Aquinas voted as Ohio high school boys basketball player was the most-deserving all-star

The senior is averaging more than 21 points per game this season for the Knights

Earlier this month, we asked fans to vote on which player most deserved to be on the SBLive Ohio boys basketball all-star team that we posted earlier in the season after highlighting some of the top point guards, combo guards, wings, forwards and post players in the state.

The fans have spoken, and St. Thomas Aquinas senior Bronson Gilyard won with 41.39% of the more than 54,000 votes cast.

The guard is averaging 21.3 points per game this season for the Knights.

Trey Booker of Pleasant was second in voting with 22.65%.
