In one of the best Oklahoma high school football games of the week, it appeared Kiefer would remain undefeated and secure a spot in next week's state finals.

After scoring with 12 seconds left in the fourth quarter, the Trojans kicked the go-ahead extra point to take a 29-28 lead over OKC Millwood in the Class 2A semifinals on Friday.

Then Jaden Nickens flipped the script.

The four-star Oklahoma commit returned a kickoff more than 75 yards for the game-winning touchdown as time expired, sending Millwood back to the 2A state championship for the second year in a row.

Millwood, ranked No. 9 in the state, won 34-29 and set up a date with No. 4 Washington next week in the state championship. The Falcons also have a chance to avenge last season's loss to Washington in the championship.

Nickens, a four-star wide receiver in the class of 2024, committed to Oklahoma in August.
