Shots rang out after Maryland high school football game on Friday

EDGEWOOD, MARYLAND – The Harford County's Sheriff's Office has confirmed it is investigating gunfire which broke out shortly after the Edgewood/Joppatowne football game, last Friday, at Edgewood.

According to the sheriff's office, shots were fired near the front of the school, away from the stadium, as students were leaving the game.

Deputies responded immediately upon reports of the shots and reported that no one was injured in the incident.

Two suspects were arrested at the scene and other suspects are being sought. Evidence that a shooting took place was collected and charges are pending.
