Eric Balcom, RB, Hamilton Heights

Balcom got the Huskies offense rolling in its dominant 51-6 victory over South Bend Washington. The senior rushed for 156 yards and three first half touchdowns.

Tyler Cherry, QB, Center Grove

Cherry helped the Trojans overcome a valiant upset attempt by Lawrence North en route to a 43-26 victory. The Duke commit commanded the Center Grove offense and threw for 198 yards and four touchdown passes in his squad's seventh straight win.

Hogan Denny, QB, Mooresville

A senior, Denny did all he could do to help Mooresville hang around in a close 38-35 loss to Martinsville. Denny threw for 247 yards and a touchdown and he rushed for 117 yards and four scores.

Dallas Freeman, QB, Greenfield-Central

Freeman was a big factor both in the passing game and the run game during Greenfield-Central’s 28-9 win over Delta. The junior threw for 136 yards and two touchdowns and was the Cougars leading rusher with 74 yards on 12 carries.

Jackson Gilbert, QB, Westfield

Gilbert had an efficient performance in the Shamrocks' 28-14 win against Fishers. The senior was turnover free and completed seven of 13 passes for 200 yards and two touchdowns.

Matt Koontz, QB, Hanover Central

Koontz, a senior, had a big time performance in Hanover Central’s 33-9 win over Andrean. He threw for 224 yards and two touchdowns and also added three rushing TDs.

Alex Leugers, RB, Franklin

Leugers had a day to remember in the Grizzly Cubs' 35-21 victory over Greenwood. The junior running back racked up 228 rushing yards and a career-best four touchdowns on 21 carries.

Jack Linden, RB, Guerin Catholic

A sophomore, Linden was a workhorse in the ground game during the Golden Eagles' 42-0 win over Terre Haute North. Linden rushed 16 times for 110 yards and two touchdowns.

Eric Montgomery, RB, Scecina

Montgomery handled the heavy lifting out of the backfield during Scecina’s 41-28 win over Cardinal Ritter. The sophomore carried the ball 32 times for 186 yards and two touchdowns in a gritty effort.

Danny O’Neil, QB, Cathedral

A Colorado commit, O’Neil made an impact with his arm and legs during a dominant 42-0 Fighting Irish win over Roncalli. The senior rushed for 84 yards and three touchdowns and also tossed a touchdown pass.

Joshua Placzek, K, Carmel

Placzek came through when it mattered most for the Greyhounds on Friday during their 17-14 win over Warren Central. The senior remained perfect on the season on extra points and field goals as he converted on both of his point-after kicks and drilled a late 37-yard field goal.

Dresden Roberts, RB, Pendleton Heights

Roberts led the way for the Pendleton Heights offense on Friday in a 31-7 victory over Hoosier Heritage Conference rival Yorktown. The senior rushed 12 times for 112 yards and two touchdowns.

Tristan Robertson, QB, Floyd Central

Robertson led a strong Floyd Central offensive effort on Friday during a 56-14 victory over Jennings County. The senior completed 12 of his 15 passes for 182 yards and three touchdowns.

Garrett Sherrell, RB, Brownsburg

The Bulldogs won a hard fought game against Noblesville 27-22 behind another strong effort from Sherrell. The senior ran 26 times for 185 yards and two touchdowns and added two catches for 94 yards and another TD.

Brayden Shrake, RB, Martinsville

Shrake had his number called many times during Martinsville’s thrilling 38-35 victory over Mooresville. The senior ran 33 times for 205 yards and scored the Artesians' lone fourth quarter touchdown.

Slate Valentine, RB, Whiteland

Valentine helped lead Whiteland to a 22-8 upset victory over Plainfield with his effort in the run game. The junior carried the ball 27 times for 201 yards and a fourth quarter touchdown.

Roland Vera Jr, RB, Evansville Reitz

Vera ran wild in the Panthers' 52-20 victory over crosstown rival Evansville Bosse. The senior carried the ball 14 times for 224 yards and five touchdowns.

Malachi Walden, QB, Tri-West

Walden was a key factor in Tri-West’s 41-0 victory over Crawfordsville. The junior was a near perfect 11 of 13 passing for 87 yards and a touchdown and added 62 yards and a score on the ground.

Lucas Waldon, WR, Bloomington South

Waldon was the go-to-guy for the Panthers in their dominant 51-26 victory over Brebeuf. The senior caught seven passes for 104 yards and a game-high three touchdowns.

Matthew Yoder, RB, Center Grove

Yoder handled the majority of the workload out of the backfield for the Trojans in their 43-26 victory over Lawrence North. The senior racked up 143 yards on 30 carries and scored two touchdowns in the fourth quarter.
