Congratulations to Skyline guard Shay Shippen for being voted SBLive’s WaFd Bank Idaho High School Athletes of the Week for Jan. 1-Jan. 6!

When it's all said and done, Shippen might own quite a few school records. She bagged her third one - career assists mark in her 65th game in a victory over Blackfoot (she also had a double-double of 23 points, 11 rebounds). Later in the week, Shippen had 26 points, 11 rebounds and five assists in a win over Hillcrest. She is already the program's all-time leading scorer.

Shippen collected 58.5% of the overall vote.
