Here are the nominations: 

Troy Jenkins, Boys Basketball, Temple Christian Academy: No player had the kind of night that Jenkins did last week. The senior led the way in Temple Christian’s 105-53 win over Berean Christian Academy, scoring a game-high 52 points. 

Corey Antoine, Boys Basketball, Greenacres Christian: The junior combo guard has had a sensational game against Berean Christian last week. Antoine scored a game-high 25 points in the Panthers’ 82-68 win. 

Javon Harrison, Boys Basketball, Wesley Chapel: One of the top rebounding performances from last week came from Harrison. The senior was a rebounding machine in Wesley Chapel’s 90-43 win over Patel, grabbing 22 boards and scored 10 points. 

Anthony Brown, Boys Basketball, East Lake: Brown, a 6-foot-4 freshman, seemingly couldn’t miss in the Eagles’ 92-31 win over Dunedin. The guard scored 16 points on 8-of-9 shooting and grabbed 10 rebounds. 

CJ Ingram, Boys Basketball, Hawthorne: The junior dynamo filled up the stat sheet in the Hornets’ 69-25 win over Trenton. Ingram scored 21 points, nine steals, six rebounds and six assists. 

Xavian Charles, Boys Basketball, Grandview Prep: Charles was the catalyst in Grandview Prep’s thrilling 88-81 victory over Trinity Christian Academy last week. The junior scored 30 points, seven assists, four steals and three rebounds. 

Ryan Blount, Boys Basketball, Rockledge: The senior guard was unstoppable in the Raiders’ 83-53 victory over Eau Gallie last week. Blount scored 38 points on 13-of-21 shooting. 

Isaiah Campbell-Finch, Boys Basketball, Tampa Catholic: Though this specific performance came in a losing effort, it’s one we just couldn’t list. The junior guard scored 44 points, six assists and six rebounds in a 81-80 loss to Tampa Prep. 

Austin Arringdale, Boys Basketball, Cape Coral: Setting a school record will get you on the list. Arringdale scored a team-high 33 points, drilling nine 3-pointers in a win over Bonita Springs last week. 

Roman Howell, Boys Basketball, Arnold: The junior guard had a solid outing in the Marlins' 82-55 victory over Sand Rock. Howell flirted with a triple-double, scoring 17 points, 10 steals and seven assists. 

Connor Peterson, Boys Basketball, Mitchell: Peterson had himself a career night in the Mustangs' 106-82 win over Brooksville Central, scoring a season-high 33 points. He added six boards,three assists and two steals. 

Henry Robinson Jr., Boys Basketball, Matanzas: The freshman sensation stood out in the Pirates' 95-77 victory over Deltona. Robinson Jr. led the way with 26 points and 10 rebounds for a double-double. 

Faith Wener, Girls Basketball, City of Life Christian: The 6-foot-2 senior dynamo bursted for 27 points, 13 rebounds for a double-double and added five steals to pace the Warriors past Cornerstone Charter, 57-16.

Marissa Burchard, Girls Basketball, LaBelle: Burchard had arguably the top performance on the girls basketball circuit last week. The guard went off for 41 points, with 12 steals in a victory over South Fort Myers.

Avery Michels, Girls Basketball, Foundation Academy: Michels has been one of Central Florida’s top freshmen and proved once again why. The guard dropped a team-high 29 points in a 54-45 win over The Villages Charter.
