San Diego Section football: Yearly awards watch list
The San Diego Section football playoffs are underway. After seven of the eight divisions got underway last week, the Open Division will join the mix with their semifinal round set to take place on Thursday and Friday.
The upcoming playoff games will give many players a chance to separate themselves when it comes to the 2023 yearly awards. Here's a look at several top candidates in various categories, accompanied with their stats after the opening week of playoffs.
