Kentridge forward Jordyn Jenkins, among Washington state's top girls basketball players over the last several years, committed to USC on Thursday evening.

ESPN designated Jenkins, a 6-foot-2 forward, as a five-star recruit and the 40th ranked recruit in the country in the class of 2020.

Jenkins posted her commitment to Twitter.

In three years, Jenkins' high school basketball career in Washington has been nothing short of prolific. She was a part of Kentridge's 4A state championship team as a freshman, and logged top-four finishes as a sophomore and junior.

Last year, Jenkins was an Associated Press first team 4A all-state selection after leading the Chargers to an undefeated 4A North Puget Sound League Cascade record (14-0), a run that ended with a third place finish after losing to Lewis and Clark in the 4A state semifinals. She was also the league MVP.

She narrowed her long list of offers to five in late July: Washington, Oklahoma, Duke, Cal and USC.
