Bellville (15-0)

Averaging 52.8 points per game on offense while allowing just 7.2 points per game to their opponents, it's not hard to see why the Brahmas enter Friday's state championship matchup undefeated.

If they can maintain those gaudy numbers, they have a serious chance to complete the perfect season and bring home their first-ever football state title.

Gilmer (12-3)

After a 3-3 start to the 2023 season, not many people thought the Buckeyes would be fighting for a state title this year.

However, they've rattled off nine straight wins and now sit on the doorstep of winning their fourth state championship in school history.

To walk away with the upset, Gilmer will likely need a big game from QB Caden Tennison, who has thrown for nearly 2,500 yards and 25 touchdowns this season.
