Texas high school football Week 10 is officially in the books.

SBLive gathered the top high school football performers across the central Texas region over the weekend's slate of games. We gathered the best of the best — offense, defense and special teams — and now it’s your turn to cast your vote for the winner.

Here are SBLive’s Central Texas Football Player of the Week nominees for Oct. 26-28 (Week 10). Scroll down to read about this week’s list and cast your vote in the poll below. Voting remains open until Sunday, November 5, 2023 at 11:59 p.m. Central time.

TOP CENTRAL TEXAS FOOTBALL PLAYER OF WEEK 10

DEUCE ADAMS, SENIOR

High school: Austin Vandegrift

Adams continues to impress, logging another stellar performance last week with an efficient day passing for 252 yards through the air and three touchdowns.

BRADEN BAYS, JUNIOR

High school: Boerne

The 2025 defensive end had a dominant performance last week with 15 total tackles, 8 tackles for loss, 5 sacks, 4 QB hurries, and 2 forced fumbles.

BEN CARTER, SENIOR

High school: Liberty Hill

The senior Panther running back added 263 yards rushing on 15 carries and had three touchdowns; including a 99 yard house call.

CALEB DICKEY, JUNIOR

High school: Crockett

The younger brother of star quarterback Cameron Dickey, Caleb Dickey racked up 10 tackles, a fumble recovery and a blocked punt in Crockett’s 45-0 shutout of Northeast Early College.

CAMERON DICKEY, SENIOR

High school: Crockett

Dickey, a Texas Tech commit, ran for 206 yards on 16 carries and found the end zone three times as Crockett shut out Northeast Early College, 45-0. He also threw for 185 yards and three TDs.

CAYDEN GLASS, SOPHOMORE

High school: San Antonio Brennan

The sophomore signal caller had a perfect game under center for the Bears, all in the first half. He completed 8 of 8 pass attempts for 226 yards and five touchdowns in the air and also took two carries for 31 yards and another TD on the ground in a 69-7 win over Holmes.

ALEX GREEN, SENIOR

High school: Hutto

The 2024 wide receiver is no stranger of having big games and last week was no difference, Green hauled in 10 catches for 365 yards and four touchdowns.

WILL HAMMOND, SENIOR

High school: Hutto

The future Texas Tech Red Raider had himself a game last week in a big shootout, district victory. Hammond had 674 total yards and eight total touchdowns.

KAI HARUKI, SENIOR

High school: Round Rock

The 2024 Dragon place kicker was a perfect 6-6 on extra points and also tacked on two field goals in last weeks victory.

MICAH HUDSON, SENIOR

High school: Lake Belton

The five-star wide receiver for the Broncos was a bright spot for Lake Belton in a loss last week. The future Texas Tech star had 11 catches for 148 yards, and two touchdowns.

TYREE JOHNSON, SENIOR

High school: New Braunfels

The senior Unicorn tailback has been on a tear lately as he ran for 178 yards rushing and added three touchdowns to his season total.

NOAH LONG, SENIOR

High school: Liberty Hill

Like every week, the Panthers pounded the rock and Noah Long was a big reason for that as he racked up 259 yards rushing on just 12 carries and four touchdowns.

AIDAN MARTINEZ-BROWN, JUNIOR

High school: College Station

In a shootout victory, the junior Cougar ran wild against their rival finishing with 243 yards rushing and three touchdowns.

ABDON MATA, SENIOR

High school: Cibolo-Steele

The 2024 defensive end was a menace up front for the Knights piling up six total tackles, two tackles for loss, two sacks, and added a blocked field goal in Steeles's victory over their rival Judson, 52-14.

MICHAEL PALOMINO, JUNIOR

High school: Harlandale

Palomino was his quarterback's favorite deep threat last week. He hauled in eight catches for 214 yards, and had three touchdowns.

COLE PRYOR, JUNIOR

High school: Reagan

Pryor had 200 yards rushing on 26 carries Friday night and added four touchdowns to his season total helping the Rattlers clinch the district 28-6A title.

JACOB SAUCEDO, SENIOR

High school: Harlandale

The class of 2024 quarterback completed 74 percent of his passes for 331 yards and five touchdown passes as he helped the Indians clinch a playoff spot.

CODY STOEVER, JUNIOR

High school: Wimberley

The junior dual-threat signal caller led his Texans' offense with arm and his feet. Stoever had 285 total yards and four touchdowns.
