Week 8 of the Texas high school football season is underway and two of the state's best teams have already cleared their respective weekly opponents as the rest get underway.
Here's a look the schedule and results for the top 25 teams in the Lone Star State, regardless of class. The latest Power 25 update was published Monday.
On Thursday, No. 1 Duncanville sent Mansfield home with a running clock second half and No. 6 Vandegrift thumped Round Rock 45-3.
