Matt Hasselbeck to join brother’s staff at Ensworth (Tennessee): Report

Hasselbeck played 18 seasons in the NFL

One former NFL quarterback is headed to join his brother, who also played in the league, coaching high school football.

According to ESPN’s Pete Thamel, former Seattle Seahawks’ quarterback Matt Hasselbeck will join his brother, Tim, at Ensworth (Tennessee) and become the offensive coordinator for the Tigers.

In the 2023 season, Hasselbeck served as the quarterbacks coach at Xaverian Brothers in Massachusetts.

Hasselbeck joins his brother’s staff, which will be entering their first season leading the Tigers. Ensworth went 8-3 last season under Roc Batten, who was replaced by Tim Hasselbeck.

“It’s a great day to be an Ensworth Tiger with the announcement that Matthew Hasselbeck will join our program to serve as offensive coordinator,” Tim said in a press release by the team.
