We have 10 athletes nominated this week for SBLive’s Lower State South Carolina Offensive Football Player of the Week from Nov. 16-17 and we ask you, the fans, to help decide who should indeed be the top athlete selected.

Voting will conclude on Saturday, Nov. 25 at 11:59 p.m. and the winner will be announced next week.

Lower State South Carolina Offensive Player of the Week

Congratulations to last week's winner: Neal Martin of Johnsonville.

Here are this week’s nominations:

Yannick Smith, Summerville

It must be difficult for teams to scheme against the East Carolina commit. He’s a wide receiver. But he also plays quarterback in the red zone and even lines up at tailback. Smith ran for two touchdowns – one as a quarterback and one as a tailback – and 54 yards on 5 carries in the Green Wave’s 63-35 win over Carolina Forest. He also caught 4 passes for 41 yards.

Will Virgilio, Oceanside Collegiate Academy

Virgilio had over 150 yards receiving and two rushing touchdowns in the Landsharks’ 43-6 rout of Barnwell in the 2-A state playoffs. His 44-yard touchdown run gave OCA a 16-6 lead.

Zion Dobson, Hampton County

Dobson had four touchdown runs in the Hurricanes’ 37-21 victory over Andrew Jackson in the 2-A state playoffs.

SyRee Livingston, South Florence

Livingston racked up four more touchdowns as the undefeated Bruins raced past Lancaster 42-22 in the third round of the 4-A state playoffs.

Traevon Dunbar, Midland Valley

The 5-foot-10, 190-pound senior ended his prep career in spectacular fashion, running for 308 yards and 8 touchdowns on 36 carries in the Mustangs’ 68-53 loss to Westside.

Grayson White, Camden

White was 17-of-25 for 195 yards and 2 touchdowns to go along with 82 rushing yards and 2 TDs as the Bulldogs rallied for a 35-28 win over Gilbert.

Drake Braddock, Gilbert

Braddock threw for 245 yards and 3 touchdowns in the Indians’ lost to Camden.

Landon Sharpe, White Knoll

Sharpe threw for 145 yards and a touchdown and added a rushing touchdown in the undefeated Timberwolves’ 35-7 win over Sumter in the 5-A state playoffs.

Jaden Allen-Hendrix, Irmo

The big tailback ran for 180 yards and a touchdown in the undefeated Yellow Jackets’ 34-7 thumping of James Island in the 4-A state playoffs.

M.J. Cann, Bamberg-Ehrhardt

Cann ran for three touchdowns in the Red Raiders’ 41-6 pounding of Cross in the 1-A state playoffs.
