We have 10 athletes nominated this week for SBLive’s Upper State South Carolina Offensive Football Player of the Week from Nov. 9-10 and we ask you, the fans, to help decide who should indeed be the top athlete selected. Voting will conclude on Saturday, Nov. 18 at 11:59 p.m. and the winner will be announced in next week’s poll.

Here are this week’s nominations:

Ethan Offing, Dutch Fork

The Silver Foxes’ backup quarterback threw for 137 yards and a touchdown while also running for 123 yards and a touchdown as the defending state champions overcame T.L. Hanna 31-28 in the second round of the 5-A state playoffs.

Tyler Waller, Gray Collegiate

The War Eagles’ quarterback tossed a pair of touchdown passes as Gray Collegiate routed Chesnee 62-14 in the second of the 2-A state playoffs.

Jha’Louis Hadden, Abbeville

Hadden ran for three touchdowns as the defending state champions beat Newberry 41-13 in the second round of the state playoffs.

Kalab Sutton, Hillcrest

Sutton threw for 266 yards and a touchdown as Hillcrest secured a 27-24 overtime win over James F. Byrnes in the second round of the 5-A state playoffs.

Mazeo Bennett, Greenville

The star wide receiver took a direct snap late in the game and ran 16 yards to set up the game-winning field goal in Greenville’s 24-21 win over Greer in the second round of the 4-A state playoffs. Bennett had 7 catches for 89 yards. He had 42 yards rushing on 4 carries.

Jackson Repp, Christ Church

Repp was a big-play guy in his team’s 43-21 win over McBee in the second round of the 1-A state playoffs, catching 4 passes for 182 yards and 3 touchdowns.

Ladainnian Martin, Greer

Martin had a solid game in a losing effort with 194 yards rushing and a touchdown on 24 carries.

Lang Steck, Greenville

Steck kicked the game-winning 27-yard field goal and made all three of his extra point attempts.

Finley Polk, Northwestern

The Trojans’ quarterback fired three touchdown passes in a 55-7 rout of Greenwood in the second round of the 4-A state playoffs.

B.J. Montgomery, Gray Collegiate

Montgomery ran for 150 yards and a touchdown in the War Eagles’ 62-14 rout of Chesnee in the second round of the 2-A state playoffs.
