We have 10 athletes nominated this week for SBLive’s Upper State South Carolina Offensive Football Player of the Week from Nov. 2-3 and we ask you, the fans, to help decide who should indeed be the top athlete selected. Voting will conclude on Saturday, Nov. 11 at 11:59 p.m. and the winner will be announced in next week’s poll.

Here are this week’s nominations:

Kamajay Brackett-Brannon, Broome

The Centurions’ quarterback won with his arm and his legs in a 42-35 win over Seneca. Brackett-Brannon was 14-of-19 for 162 yards and a touchdown. He also ran 16 times for 132 yards and 2 touchdowns.

Armani Weaver, Byrnes

Weaver was a big-play guy, catching 4 passes for 156 yards and a touchdown as the Rebels beat Dorman 44-17.

Tucker Hendrix, Christ Church

Hendrix threw five touchdown passes in a 49-0 playoff win over Ridge Spring-Monetta.

Brayden Johnson, St. Joseph’s Catholic

Johnson ran 30 times for 188 yards and 2 touchdowns as St. Joseph’s downed Hunter-Kinard-Tyler in the first round of the 1-A state playoffs.

Jon Hunt, Dutch Fork

It took just one half for Hunt to go 8-of-11 for 208 yards and 3 touchdowns in the Silver Foxes’ 56-78 rout of Boiling Springs.

Will Wilson, Richland Northeast

The North Carolina State commit piled up 401 yards and 5 touchdowns rushing in a wild 88-54 win over Bluffton. Wilson, a junior, also had 122 yards passing.

James Willingham, Richland Northeast

There was a lot to go around for the Cavaliers. Willingham ran for 330 yards and 5 touchdowns. Altogether, the Cavaliers had 1,003 yards.

A.J. Brand, Irmo

Brand was 16-of-19 for 277 yards and accounted for seven touchdowns in the Yellow Jackets’ 85-0 rout of Colleton County.

Lee Turnipseed, Daniel

The Lions’ was 10-of-12 for 209 yards and a touchdown in a 49-2 win over Blue Ridge. He also ran 7 times for 47 yards and 2 touchdowns.

Andrew Stevens, Byrnes

Stevens was 15-of-20 for 356 yards and 3 touchdowns while adding a rushing touchdown in the Rebels’ 44-17 win over Dorman.
