We have 10 athletes nominated this week for SBLive’s Lower State South Carolina Offensive Football Player of the Week from Oct. 26-27 and we ask you, the fans, to help decide who should indeed be the top athlete selected. Voting will conclude on Saturday, Nov. 4 at 11:59 p.m. and the winner will be announced in next week’s poll.

Here are this week’s nominations:

Ashton Soles, Holly Hill Academy

Soles threw touchdown passes and ran for two more as the Raiders beat Jefferson Davis Academy 36-16.

Cooper Glazer, Woodland

The Wolverines’ quarterback fired three touchdown passes and ran for another in a 57-8 romp over Edisto.

Quay’Sheed Scott, Marion

Scott ran for 113 yards and 2 touchdowns in the Swamp Foxes’ 41-8 rout of rival Mullins. The Kentucky commit also threw a touchdown pass.

Aiden Nolan, Cheraw

Nolan tossed three touchdown passes as Cheraw overwhelmed Chesterfield 70-6.

Jamarion Jones, Latta

The senior tailback ran for 170 yards and 3 touchdowns on just 7 carries as the Vikings beat Green Sea Floyds 41-16.

SyRee Livingston, South Florence

Livingston ran for three touchdowns and a two-point conversion in the undefeated Bruins’ 38-0 victory over city rival West Florence.

Jamarion Fling, Dillon

Fling ran for five touchdowns as Dillon raced past Georgetown 62-14. The junior tailback scored on runs of 11, 30, 2, 1 and 7 yards.

Dre Simmons, Orangeburg-Wilkinson

Simmons ran for 120 yards and threw a touchdown pass in the Bruins’ 34-0 banking of Swansea.

Tyler June, Laurence Manning Academy

The senior quarterback ran for three touchdowns in the Swampcats’ 48-23 victory over Trinity Collegiate. June has committed to South Carolina for baseball.

John Peeples, Sumter

Peeples, a junior tailback, ran 29 times for 198 yards and 5 touchdowns as the Gamecocks outscored Conway 43-29. He also caught a pass for 21 yards.
