Here are the candidates for SBLive’s South Carolina High School Football Coach of the Week (Oct. 19-20) as nominated by our SBLive staff. Read through the nominees and cast your vote at the bottom of the page. Voting will conclude on Saturday at 11:59 p.m. and the winner will be announced in next week's poll.

Here are this week's nominations:
Roosevelt Nelson, Crestwood
The Knights beat Camden 34-28, handing the Bulldogs’ first region loss since 2019. Crestwood is now 8-1 and clinched a tie for the region championship with a 4-0 mark.
Michael Allen, Nation Ford
Nation Ford overwhelmed Spring Valley 49-0 to earn its first state playoff berth since 2017. The Falcons are 4-5, equalling last year’s victory total.
Ray McLeod, Keenan
The Raiders beat Mid-Carolina 43-13 to clinch a state playoff spot. Keenan is 4-4 and on a three-game winning streak.
Jeremy Smith, Andrew Jackson
The Volunteers beat North Central 42-14 and clinched the Region 5-2A championship. Andrew Jackson is 6-3 and has won four in a row.
Stephen Burris, Lamar
Lamar edged Lake View 15-12 to win the Region 6-A championship. The Silver Foxes finished the regular season 7-3 and have won five straight.
Matt Reel, Boiling Springs
The Bulldogs beat Spartaburg 24-17 despite missing their starting quarterback and clinched a state playoff berth. Boiling Springs is 4-6 but took Byrnes to overtime and had a narrow loss to Gaffney.
Jeff Fruster, Daniel
The undefeated Lions keep on rolling. They powered past Pendleton 56-28 and locked up their fifth consecutive region championship.
Anthony Frate, Wren
Frate has a track record of success and he has turned around Wren in one season. The Hurricanes beat Powdersville 42-39 to improve to 5-4 overall and 4-0 in region play. Wren was 3-8 last season.
Hayden Gregory, Bluffton
The Bobcats beat rival May River, 24-17, for the first time since 2017. Bluffton is 5-4 overall and 2-2 in the region.
Ian Rafferty, Summerville
Even the best need a rally sometimes. Summerville survived its gut-check, coming back from 11 points down to beat region rival Ashley 42-38 and remained undefeated. The state’s top-ranked 5-A team is now 9-0.
