Jordan Seaton hearing from Nebraska; Nation's No. 1 offensive tackle still 'thinking' about college commitment

IMG Academy (Florida) five-star offensive tackle Jordan Seaton joined On3's Hayes Fawcett for an Instagram Live interview Wednesday night

The rollercoaster ride that is the recruitment of IMG Academy (Florida) five-star offensive tackle Jordan Seaton rolls on.

Following a recent commitment to non-top-6 finalist Colorado earlier this month, the nation's No. 1 offensive tackle went unsigned on the first day of the early signing period.

Amid rumors of a possible flip to Maryland, the 6-foot-5, 290-pound recruit joined On3's Hayes Fawcett for an Instagram Live interview Wednesday night.

Seaton expressed that he was still weighing his options despite his commitment to Colorado, and that the process has been "stressful."

“It’s crazy how you can commit to a school and, you know, people want you more," he said.

While the tone of the interview was tense and Seaton seemed highly stressed, he did mention that Nebraska has reached out and that his recruitment has ramped up since his commitment.

"Dylan Raiola and Nebraska has been my most recent (direct message," Seaton said.

The Cornhuskers have experienced a surge in their recruiting success of late, highlighted by flipping Buford (Georgia) five-star prospect Dylan Raiola, the nation's No. 1 quarterback, from the Georgia Bulldogs.

So, there's still a lot to be decided when it comes to Seaton's recruitment.

Overall, he is rated the nation's No. 11 overall prospect and is the highest-rated unsigned recruit in the country following the late Ohio State National Letter of Intent submission of Chaminade-Madonna (Florida) wide receiver Jeremiah Smith, the nation's top prospect.
