Deandre Desinor down to 10; Nation's No. 2 running back cuts list

American Heritage (Florida) elite running back Deandre Desinor cuts list to 10

American Heritage (Florida) running back Deandre Desinor is one of the most coveted offensive weapons in the class of 2025.

The explosive 5-foot-9, 170-pound ball-carrier holds double-digit offers and is rated the nation's No. 2 running back in his class.

On Thursday, Desinor made a major cut, trimming his list to 10 - Florida State, Georgia Tech, Louisville, Miami, North Carolina, Ole Miss, Oregon, Penn State, Texas and West Virginia:

Stunningly, Desinor's breakout came as an eighth grader when he was allowed to play on varsity and rushed for 566 rushing yards and seven touchdowns.

Last season as a sophomore at North Broward, he totaled 1,248 yards and 16 touchdowns on just 128 carries, averaging 975 yards per attempt.

Desinor has since transferred to Florida powerhouse American Heritage and has been a priority target for "The Big 3" in Florida - Florida, Florida State and Miami.

Could he end up leaving the home state, or will one of the local powerhouse programs keep him home?

College football fans just got a step close to their answer.
