'Come to Oregon': Fans chant recruit's name during Ducks visit

St. Frances Academy (Maryland) four-star cornerback Kevyn Humes received a warm welcome at Autzen Stadium

The Oregon Ducks are not-so-quietly building a pipeline to Northeast powerhouse high school program St. Frances Academy (Maryland).

In the class of 2024, Dan Lanning's program has secured the commitments of four-star quarterback Michael Van Buren and four-star cornerback Ify Obidegwu.

But the Ducks aren't done.

This weekend, Oregon hosted class of 2025 four-star cornerback Kevyn Humes on an unofficial visit - and he felt a warm welcome from the student section.

A collection of fans chanted Humes' name before a series of "Come to Oregon" chants.

Check it out:

Humes holds offers from Auburn, Miami, Michigan, Michigan State, Notre Dame, Ohio State, Oregon, Penn State, Tennessee, Wisconsin and others.

He also hails from Oregon's new conference footprint in the Big Ten.

So, Humes is certainly a player to keep an eye on.

And it was a keen eye in Oregon's crowd who recognized Humes and made him feel right at home.

Impressive!
