Prediction: Oregon Ducks to land 5-star edge-rusher
Well, that escalated quickly.
This summer, Salpointe Catholic (Arizona) five-star edge-rusher Elijah Rushing committed to the Arizona Wildcats over the Oregon Ducks.
For months, Oregon had appeared to be the leader, but Arizona emerged in the final weeks and "decision day" wasn't a surprise.
But it was always noteworthy.
What if the Wildcats lost some momentum?
On Sunday, Rushing decommitted from Arizona (3-3).
And a new leader - and old friend - has emerged as the favorite.

There were already growing rumblings that Rushing was ready to flip to Oregon well before this weekend.
But the past few days have tipped his hand.
On Friday night, Oregon defensive coordinator Tosh Lupoi was spotted at Rushing's game.
Before the week was over Rushing was back on the market, announcing his decommitment Sunday night.
It would be wise to consider Oregon the overwhelming favorite in this race, and while Rushing has only just re-opened his recruitment it may be for a particular destination.
Rushing appears destined to be a Duck.
