Ny Carr, former Georgia wide receiver pledge, takes shot at Bulldogs offense while visiting Miami

Colquitt County (Georgia) four-star wide receiver Ny Carr recently decommitted from Georgia

Colquitt County (Georgia) bluechip wide receiver Ny Carr had an eventful weekend.

The 5-foot-11, 170-pound record-setting pass-catcher is rated the nation's No. 53 overall prospect and No. 11 wide receiver.

Until recently, Carr was a long-time Georgia Bulldogs commit, but re-opened his recruitment and visited the Miami Hurricanes this weekend.

During his visit, Carr seemed to take a shot at the Georgia offense, particularly its production from all-world tight end Brock Bowers.

"100 times to a (tight end) is crazy," he wrote. "Why would i do that and I play (wide receiver)?"

Bowers finished with seven receptions for 132 yards and a score, while 12 different players caught passes during No. 1 Georgia's 51-13 win over No. 20 Kentucky.

The tweet generated significant attention on social media before Carr deleted the tweet, then told fans he was asked to do so.

"Cs coach kirb texted and said don't text (you) idiots back," he wrote in response to a fan.

Carr is widely believed to be favoring Miami, and this weekend's visit was projected to be a big one.
