Lipscomb Academy (Tennessee) four-star linebacker Edwin Spillman has accumulated more than 30 scholarship offers during the recruiting process.

But the coveted 6-foot-1, 216-pound 'backer has already announced a top six of Florida State, Georgia, Ohio State, Oklahoma, Tennessee and UAB.

On Thursday, Spillman laid out his official visit schedule - with trips to Florida State (June 2), Ohio State (June 9), Tennessee (June 16) and Georgia (June 23):

Spillman is a consensus four-star prospect who is rated as highly as the nation's No. 136 overall prospect and No. 11 linebacker by ESPN, but he is top-250 talent in the 247Sports composite rankings

The Tennessee product, who is expected to make a college commitment this summer, has not set a commitment date or named a favorite.

However, the in-state Volunteers have been the projected favorite for some time.

Spillman's official visits should inform that decision and set the table for a summer commitment.

As a junior, the Tennessee prospect racked up 101 tackles, 14.5 tackles-for-loss, two sacks and six pass break-ups.
