Pennsylvania has three teams among the top five in the region

The only change in SBLive's Mid-Atlantic regional high school football rankings sees Bishop McDevitt and DeMatha flop spots after the Stags came close but fell to Our Lady of Good Counsel 35-28 in overtime. That gives Pennsylvania three teams among the regional top five teams.
