Here are the candidates for the WaFd Bank Oregon Girls Basketball Athlete of the Week as nominated by coaches, fans and readers. 

Read through the nominees and cast your vote. We’ll send a free SBLive T-shirt to the winner of the poll! Voting will conclude Sunday at 11:59 p.m. and the winner will be announced Monday.

Brooke Anderson, Grants Pass

The senior guard scored 20 points, including 18 in the first half, with five rebounds and four steals for the Cavers in a 59-27 win over Barlow in a Class 6A state playoff first-round game at Grants Pass High School. She had 15 points, six rebounds, five assists and four steals in a 54-45 second-round win over McMinnville.

Macie Arzner, McMinnville

The junior tallied a game-high 23 points for the Grizzlies in a 54-45 loss to Grants Pass in a Class 6A state playoff second-round contest at McMinnville High School. 

Sara Barhoum, Clackamas

The junior guard stepped up with a game-high 28 points, five assists, three steals and two blocks in the Cavaliers’ 75-50 win over West Salem in a Class 6A state playoff second-round game at Clackamas High School.

Audrey Bayless, Jesuit

The junior guard scored a game-high 22 points with six rebounds and an assist for the Crusaders in their 56-30 win over Sheldon in a Class 6A state playoff first-round game at Jesuit High School.

Kyleigh Brown, Silverton

The senior had 19 points, 10 rebounds and four assists for the Foxes in a 58-30 win over Silverton in a Class 5A state playoff first-round game at Silverton High School.

Kaylor Buse, West Linn

The freshman had a game-high 27 points and eight rebounds for the Lions in their 80-68 victory against Sunset in a Class 6A state playoff first-round game at West Linn High School.

Annie Campos, Henley

The senior guard/wing had a big double-double for the Hornets with 30 points and 13 rebounds in their 71-48 home victory over St. Helens in a Class 4A state playoff first-round game at Henley High School. 

Mahogany Chandler-Roberts, Benson

The senior forward scored a game-high 17 points, including 13 in the second half, in helping the Techsters post a 62-34 win over Nelson in a Class 6A state playoff second-round game at the Marshall Campus.

Hadley Craig, Central

The junior guard had 22 points, 12 rebounds, four assists and three steals for the Panthers in a 61-51 loss to Springfield in a Class 5A state playoff first-round contest at Springfield High School.

Brooklyn Cyr, North Douglas

The junior guard turned in a double-double for the Warriors with 22 points, 10 rebounds, three assists and two steals in a 53-43 victory against North Clackamas Christian in a Class 1A state tournament quarterfinal game at Baker High School.

Jazzy Davidson, Clackamas 

The junior guard scored a game-high 31 points and added eight rebounds for the Cavaliers in their 80-25 win over North Medford in a Class 6A state playoff first-round game at Clackamas High School. She tallied 22 points in a 75-50 second-round win over West Salem.

Taylor Donaldson, South Albany

The sophomore recorded a double-double for the RedHawks with 23 points and 12 rebounds in their 58-37 win over La Salle Prep in a Class 5A state playoff first-round game at South Albany High School.

Haley Ferry, Western Christian

The junior post recorded a double-double for the Pioneers with 15 points, 12 rebounds, two assists and two blocks in a 57-42 win over Knappa in a Class 2A state tournament semifinal game at the Pendleton Convention Center.

Ava Heiden, Sherwood

The senior forward had a double-double for the Bowmen with 23 points and 12 rebounds in their 54-42 win over Cleveland in a Class 6A state playoff first-round game at Sherwood High School.

Kendra Hicks, Jesuit

The senior post had 23 points and 14 rebounds to help the Crusaders earn a 39-31 win over Tualatin in a Class 6A state playoff second-round contest at Tualatin High School.

Addy Huss, Cleveland

The senior guard sank five 3-pointers on her way to scoring 23 points, tying her for game-high honors, in the Warriors’ 54-42 loss at Sherwood in a Class 6A state playoff first-round contest.

Nevaeh James, Enterprise

The junior guard scored 26 points on 11-for-17 shooting with five rebounds and four steals in leading the Outlaws to a 57-47 win over Nestucca in a Class 2A state tournament consolation game at Pendleton High School.

Abrianna Lawrence, Jefferson

The junior had 13 points, seven rebounds and six steals for the Democrats in a 67-37 win over Forest Grove in a Class 6A state playoff second-round contest at Jefferson High School.

Sara Mangan, Southridge

The sophomore tallied a game-high 23 points, sinking three 3-pointers, in leading the Skyhawks to a 60-44 win over Glencoe in a Class 6A state playoff first-round game at Southridge High School. She scored 31 points in a 60-55 second-round win over West Linn.

Ariana Miller, Knappa

The senior stepped up with 21 points, 10 rebounds, three assists and four steals for the Loggers in their 45-31 win over Regis in the Class 2A state tournament third-place game at the Pendleton Convention Center. 

Gabi Moultrie, Wilsonville

The sophomore guard had a strong all-around performance for the Wildcats with 22 points, seven assists, five rebounds and six steals in a 67-53 win over Canby in a Northwest Oregon Conference finale at Wilsonville High School.

Runon Muroya, Western Christian

The sophomore guard/wing poured in 30 points for the Pioneers with three assists and three steals in a 57-29 victory against Enterprise in a Class 2A state tournament quarterfinal contest at the Pendleton Convention Center.

Danaeja Romero-Ah Sam, Springfield

The senior had 27 points, four steals and three assists for the Millers in a 61-51 win over Central in a Class 5A state playoff first-round game at Springfield High School.

Audra Rose, St. Paul

The junior post pulled down a whopping 22 rebounds with nine points, a steal and an assist for the Buckaroos in their 37-32 win over Country Christian in a Class 1A state tournament quarterfinal at Baker High School. 

Ally Schimel, Corbett

The senior set Class 3A state tournament records with her 42 points and eight 3-pointers in the Cardinals’ 77-51 win over Amity in the state title tilt at Marshfield High School.

Lilly Schimel, Corbett

The junior tallied 30 points, sinking six 3-pointers, in helping the Cardinals earn a 77-51 victory against Amity in the Class 3A state championship game at Marshfield High School.

Sara Schmerbach, South Medford

The junior had 15 points, seven rebounds, four assists and six steals in helping the Panthers post a 56-45 win over Sherwood in a Class 6A state playoff second-round game at South Medford High School.

Kaitlyn Siegner, Crane

The freshman guard had 29 points, 16 rebounds, an assist and two steals for the Mustangs in their 59-39 win over North Douglas in the Class 1A state tournament championship game at Baker High School. She had 23 points and 10 rebounds in a 60-23 quarterfinal win over Imbler.

Brynn Smith, Willamette

The junior guard scored a game-high 21 points to help lead the Wolverines to a 50-32 win over Oregon City in a Class 6A state playoff second-round game at Willamette High School.

Sadie Snyder, Oakridge

The senior guard/wing poured in 33 points with five rebounds and five steals in leading the Warriors to a 57-48 victory against Stanfield in a Class 2A state tournament consolation contest at Pendleton High School. She had 36 points, 15 rebounds, two assists and five steals in a 64-53 win over Enterprise in the consolation final.

Brooklyn Wakefield, Grants Pass

The junior forward stepped up with a double-double for the Cavers with 14 points, 11 rebounds and three steals in a 54-45 win over McMinnville in a Class 6A state playoff second-round game at McMinnville High School.

Sage Winslow, Crater

The junior guard had 25 points, eight steals and six assists in leading the Comets to a 71-26 win over Caldera in a Class 5A state playoff first-round game at Crater High School. 

Emma Zuniga, West Salem

The sophomore scored 28 points, tying her for game-high honors, in the Titans’ 75-50 loss to Clackamas in a Class 6A state playoff second-round game at Clackamas High School.
