Here are the Oregon high school volleyball stars of the week for Oct. 23-29, as nominated by coaches, fans and readers.

Ava Ainsworth, Marshfield

The junior setter had 29 assists, six kills and three aces in the Pirates’ 25-14, 25-11, 25-19 win against La Grande in a Class 4A state playoff first round match played at Marshfield High School.

Maddie Andrews, Nelson

The sophomore outside hitter had 45 kills, 22 digs, 10 aces and three assists for the Hawks in Class 6A state playoff wins over Mountainside and West Salem.

Jamie Annat, Warrenton

The senior outside hitter recorded a double-double with 24 digs and 13 kills for the Warriors in their 25-10, 25-10, 25-16 home win over Nyssa in a Class 3A state playoff first round contest.

Morgan Armitage, Nelson

In addition to providing strong leadership on the court, the senior opposite also had seven kills, four digs and four aces for the Hawks in Class 6A state playoff wins over Mountainside and West Salem.

Kendyl Arnett, West Albany

The senior outside hitter had 21 kills, 12 digs and four aces for the Bulldogs in their 25-17, 25-21, 26-24 victory against Eagle Point in a Class 5A state playoff first round match played at West Albany High School.

Payton Becker, Portland Christian

The freshman setter dished out 36 assists for the Royals in their 25-18, 25-3, 25-10 home win over Willamina that punched their ticket to the 2A state tournament.

Taelyn Bentley, Crescent Valley

The junior middle blocker had 14 kills, five aces and a pair of blocks for the Raiders in their 25-11, 25-17, 25-18 win at South Albany in a Mid-Willamette Conference finale.

Mylee Blake, West Albany

The junior outside hitter/middle blocker had a double-double for the Bulldogs with 19 digs and 12 kills in their 25-17, 25-21, 26-24 win over Eagle Point in a Class 5A state playoff first round contest played at West Albany High School.

Lexie Boshart, Santiam Christian

The sophomore racked up 31 assists in the Eagles’ 25-16, 25-20, 25-22 win over Horizon Christian that sends them to the 3A state tournament — their 21st time at the final site in the past 22 seasons.

Hannah Brown, Sherwood

The senior setter recorded 33 assists and six aces to help lead the Bowmen to a 25-18, 25-10, 25-10 win against Lakeridge in a Class 6A state playoff first round match played at Sherwood High School.

Thanvi Chilukuri, Westview

The senior outside hitter/right side stepped up with 13 kills, four blocks and one dig, while also passing at 3.0 on serve receive in helping the Wildcats score a 24-26, 25-16, 25-10, 25-11 win over David Douglas in a Class 6A state playoff first round match played at Westview High School.

Sydney Chrismer, Forest Grove

The freshman had 11 kills to help the Vikings defeat North Medford 25-14, 25-16, 19-25, 25-16 in a Class 6A first round playoff match.

JoJo Christiansen, Westside Christian

The junior turned in a strong performance with seven kills, five digs and four aces to help the Eagles soar to a 25-12, 25-17, 27-25 win over Yamhill-Carlton in a Class 3A state playoff first round match played at Westside Christian High School.

Mikyla Cunningham, Roseburg

The senior opposite/middle blocker had 12 digs, 11 kills and five aces to help the Indians sweep West Linn 25-23, 25-21, 25-18 in a Class 6A state playoff first round match played at Roseburg High School.

Giana Elgarico, Marist Catholic

The junior outside hitter stepped up with 14 kills, 12 digs, three aces and two assists for the Spartans in a 25-14, 25-13, 25-15 win over Klamath Union in a Class 4A first round state playoff match.

Addie Emerson, Valley Catholic

The junior opposite/outside hitter recorded 15 digs, eight kills and five aces for the Valiants in their 25-7, 25-18, 25-5 win over St. Mary’s of Medford in a Class 3A state playoff second round match played at Valley Catholic High School.

Brooke Friesen, Sprague

The freshman setter/opposite had a huge performance for the Olympians with 15 assists, 15 digs, 13 kills and four blocks, helping them post a 25-17, 25-14, 25-15, 25-14 victory against Roseburg in a Class 6A state playoff second round match played at Sprague High School.

Emily Fulton, Sherwood

The senior outside hitter had 18 kills and nine digs for the Bowmen, helping them score a 25-16, 22-25, 25-21, 25-21 win against Barlow in a Class 6A state playoff second round match played at Sherwood High School.

Taylor Guerra, Westview

The senior setter/right side had a triple-double for the Wildcats with 26 digs, 19 assists and 10 kills, as well as four aces and a block in a 20-25, 21-25, 25-23, 27-25, 15-13 win at Sheldon in a Class 6A state playoff second round match.

Gabby Hill, Nelson

The junior outside hitter had totals of 37 kills, 18 digs, 10 aces and four assists in helping the Hawks score Class 6A state playoff victories against Mountainside and West Salem.

Bella Jacobson, Crescent Valley

The junior outside hitter recorded 13 kills and five aces in the Raiders’ 25-5, 25-9, 25-9 victory over Putnam in a Class 5A state playoff first round match played at Crescent Valley High School.

Akylah Kaino, Burns

The junior middle blocker/outside hitter shined with 24 kills and 11 digs in helping the Hilanders post a 25-22, 25-19, 25-11 win over Warrenton in a Class 3A state playoff second round match played at Burns High School.

Gracie Koch, St. Paul

The senior setter/opposite had 29 assists and went 18 of 19 serving for the Buckaroos in their 25-10, 25-10, 25-16 home victory against North Lake in a Class 1A state playoff first round match.

Grace Landon, Oregon City

The junior right-side hitter was one of the key players who helped the Pioneers beat Forest Grove 26-24, 25-12, 25-20 and clinch a berth in the 6A state tournament.

Chloe LeLuge, Bend

The senior middle blocker/outside hitter shined with 17 kills, 11 digs, three blocks and two aces for the Lava Bears in their 25-19, 25-21, 25-9 victory against Silverton in a Class 5A state playoff first round match played at Bend High School.

Paige Lindsey, Westside Christian

The senior captain had a team-high 10 kills and three aces in a 25-12, 25-17, 27-25 home win over Yamhill-Carlton in a Class 3A first round playoff match.

Khloe Livingston, Sprague

The freshman outside hitter/defensive specialist had 10 digs, eight kills and two aces to help the Olympians score a 25-12, 25-14, 25-17 win over Beaverton in a Class 6A state playoff first round contest played at Sprague High School.

Scout Martin, Thurston

The senior had 18 digs and nine kills in helping the Colts down Ridgeview 26-24, 25-11, 25-18 in a Class 5A state playoff first round match played at Thurston High School.

Briella Mathis, South Salem

The sophomore outside hitter shined with 21 digs and 16 kills for the Saxons in their 25-22, 23-25, 25-20, 28-26 win over Central Catholic in a Class 6A state playoff second round match played at South Salem High School.

Ryland Minnick, Crosshill Christian

The sophomore right side/middle blocker had 22 digs, 13 kills and eight blocks to help lead the Eagles to a 25-21, 23-25, 29-27, 25-18 home win over Open Door Christian in a Class 1A state playoff first round match.

Kamree Orizotti, South Salem

The sophomore setter shined with 37 assists and four aces for the Saxons in their 25-11, 25-9, 25-16 victory against Sandy in a Class 6A state playoff first round match played at South Salem High School.

Lizabelle Osborn, Creswell

The senior outside hitter/middle blocker had a double-double for the Bulldogs with 15 kills and 11 digs, while also having three aces in a 25-13, 25-14, 25-23 win against Dayton in a Class 3A state playoff second round match played at Creswell High School.

Amy Pappas, Umpqua Valley Christian

The senior setter/outside hitter had a double-double with 14 assists and 11 kills for the Monarchs in their 25-17, 25-17, 25-9 home victory against Rogue Valley Adventist in a Class 1A state playoff tilt.

Steel Sinai, Westview

The junior middle blocker had 13 kills and a block to help power the Wildcats to a 24-26, 25-16, 25-10, 25-11 victory against David Douglas in a Class 6A state playoff first round match played at Westview High School

Maddy Vaughn, North Douglas

The senior outside hitter stepped up with 10 aces, eight digs and seven kills for the Warriors in their 25-15, 25-11, 25-17 home win over Eddyville Charter in a Class 1A state playoff first round contest.

Jaycee Villastrigo, Crook County

The senior libero had 25 digs and six aces for the Cowgirls in their 25-15, 25-15, 25-19 win over Philomath in a Class 4A state playoff first round match played at Crook County High School.

Gracie Vohs, Sisters

The senior outside hitter/middle blocker had 21 kills, 14 digs and four aces for the Outlaws, helping them run to a 25-14, 25-13, 25-13 win over Vale in a Class 3A state playoff second round match played at Sisters High School.

Taylee Wilson, Crater

The senior setter directed a balanced attack with 28 assists as the Comets defeated Centennial 25-17, 25-12, 25-19 to clinch a trip to the 5A state tournament.

Leila Yazd, Sunset

The senior setter had 17 assists while also serving at a 14 for 15 clip with an ace in helping the Apollos post a 25-16, 25-19, 14-25, 25-22 victory against St. Mary’s Academy in a Class 6A state playoff second round match played at Sunset High School.
