Here are the candidates for SBLive’s Oregon High School Team of the Week for May 31-June 7 as nominated by coaches, fans and readers.

West Linn baseball

West Linn (25-7) earned a 14-0 mercy-rule win over Canby in the 6A title game Tuesday. The Lions were 9 for 24 (.375) with four extra-base hits. West Linn finished the season with nine shutouts and held teams to a single run seven times. (STORY, PHOTOS

Crescent Valley baseball

Crescent Valley (20-10) claimed the 5A state title with a 6-0 win over Lebanon on Saturday to complete a playoff run in which the Raiders knocked off higher-seeded opponents in all four games. They won 10 of their last 11 games. (STORY, PHOTOS

La Grande baseball

La Grande (28-1) won the 4A state title with a 10-1 victory over Hidden Valley on Tuesday. The Tigers scored double-digit runs 19 times and finished with 15 shutouts this season. (STORY, PHOTOS

South Umpqua baseball

South Umpqua (25-5) earned a 10-2 win over Santiam Christian to secure the 3A state title Friday. The Lancers were 11 for 26 (.423) with seven extra-base hits during the finale. South Umpqua won 15 of its final 16 games. (STORY, PHOTOS

Kennedy baseball

Kennedy (27-3) notched an 11-1 win over Umpqua Valley Christian to claim the 2A/1A state title Friday. The Trojans outscored their playoff foes by a combined 41-3. (STORY, PHOTOS

Tigard softball

Tigard (29-3) backed up its No. 1 seed by beating Oregon City 1-0 in 10 innings to claim the 6A softball crown Tuesday. The Tigers shut out four of their five playoff opponents. (STORY, PHOTOS

Pendleton softball

Pendleton (28-2) lived up to its No. 1 seed with a 2-0 win over Wilsonville to claim the 5A state title Saturday. Buckaroos pitcher Sauren Garton struck out 17 and allowed one hit in the finale. Pendleton outscored its four playoff opponents by a combined 19-1. (STORY, PHOTOS)

Cascade softball

Cascade (25-4) recorded a 3-2 win over Marist Catholic to claim the 4A state title Tuesday. Emma Hilfiker and Kailee Bode each had two hits and an RBI, and Hannah Walliman pitched a six-hitter. (STORY, PHOTOS)

Burns softball

Burns (30-1) posted a 3-1 victory over Yamhill-Carlton to win the 3A state title Friday. Hilanders pitcher Ayla Davies struck out 14 batters. Burns won 30 consecutive games after dropping its season opener. (STORY, PHOTOS

Lakeview softball

Lakeview (25-4) earned a 5-3 win over Grant Union to clinch the 2A/1A state title Friday. The Honkers ended the season on a 14-game win streak. (STORY, PHOTOS

Jesuit boys lacrosse

The Crusaders (22-1) led start to finish in a 17-9 win over Lakeridge to claim the state title Saturday. Jesuit had three players finish with four goals apiece in the final. The Crusaders’ only loss came early in the season during a spring break trip to California.

Jesuit girls lacrosse

Jesuit (16-0) earned a 12-11 win over Lake Oswego on Friday to claim the state championship — the third in a row for the program. 

Lincoln boys lacrosse

Lincoln (11-9) won the Cascade Cup bracket championship with a 12-9 victory over Hood River in the finale. The Cardinals outscored their four playoff foes by more than eight goals per game. 

Cleveland girls lacrosse

Cleveland (13-8) earned an 8-7 victory over St. Mary’s Academy to win the Cascade Cup bracket title Wednesday. Camila Sisco led the way with three goals.
