Rain played havoc on some parts of the state last week as schools were looking to continue their spring sports season.

Here, we take a look at some of the best individual performances from last week.

Aidan Henderson, Broken Arrow baseball

Broken Arrow split with Owasso in their final district series and in game two, Henderson was the winning pitcher. He pitched a complete game, only allowing two runs, striking out three and walking one.

Logan Hill, Piedmont baseball

Down 12-7 entering the final frame, the Wildcats made a furious comeback to win the district championship against Midwest City Carl Albert, winning the game, 13-12. Hill had the game-winning hit.

Kane Springer, Washington baseball

The Warriors dominated Oklahoma City Millwood to make it to the regional tournament this week. In game one of their bi-district game, Springer hit a three-run homer.

Trent Ashford, Kiefer baseball

The Trojans swept Holdenville to make it to regionals this week, and in the two-game sweep, Ashford was 4-for-5 with two doubles and pitched a complete game, striking out eight en route to one of the wins.

Coby Bell, Poteau baseball

In a 7-0 win against Miami, Bell threw a no hitter in the Pirates' 4A bi-district title game.

Blaine Davis, Fort Cobb-Broxton baseball

In an 11-0 win against Sentinel to advance to the state tournament, Davis only allowed a single hit. The Mustangs won the fall baseball state championship and look to do the same this spring.

Lisa Herman, Jenks girls golf

As a freshman at Jenks, Herman dazzled at the 6A East Regional, shooting a 69 to finish first at the Ponca City Country Club. The Lady Trojans won the event by 29 strokes.

Riley Friesen, Midwest City girls golf

Friesen is now a three-time qualifier for the Class 6A state golf tournament after placing sixth overall at the Regional meet at the Westwood Golf Course.

TJ Niles/Carter Reese, Midwest City Carl Albert boys tennis

The Titans won the Shawnee Tournament over the weekend and Niles and Reese were doubles champions.

Scotty Garrett, Paoli boys track

At the 1A/2A regional meet in Stroud, Garrett had a jump of 139-8, which was 11 feet better than second place.

Felix Teal, Laverne boys track

At the 1A/2A regional meet in Stroud, Teal won the 100-meter dash with a time of 10.95.

McKenna Huston, Choctaw girls track

Finishing nearly two seconds ahead of her nearest competitor, Huston won the 400-meter run at her team's conference meet with a time of 1:01.60.

Caya Smith, PC West girls track

Smith had a jump of 5-4 at the Big 7 Track and Field Championships, which was four inches higher than second place.

Laila Mirza, Sand Springs wrestling

Mirza placed third at the Union Freestyle wrestling tournament and after that finish, became the first female wrestler to qualify for the Oklahoma National Wrestling Team.
