The OHSAA football playoffs are down to the last 14 teams standing, as the final two teams in each division will take the field in Canton this weekend for a chance to hoist the championship hardware.

The seven OHSAA football State championship games will be played in Canton at Tom Benson Hall of Fame Stadium from Nov. 30-Dec. 2. The Division I state championship will be on Friday, Dec. 1 at 7:30 pm.

Springfield: Def. Archbishop Moeller 26-19, OT

St. Edward: 6 (2022, 2021, 2018, 2015, 2014, 2010)

Springfield: 0

Notes: This is the third straight Division I state championship game between these two teams, with St. Edward winning 23-13 in 2021 and 28-14 in 2022.

While St. Edward went through Region I as the top seed, Springfield is the lowest seed to advance through a region, as the Wildcats were No. 12 in Region 2.
