Vote: Who should be SBLive's North Carolina girls high school basketball player of the week (2/5/2024)?

We have nine players nominated this week for SBLive’s North Carolina Girls Basketball Player of the Week from Jan. 29- Feb. 2 and we ask you, the fans, to help decide who should indeed be the top athlete selected. Voting will conclude on Saturday, Feb. 10 at 11:59 p.m. and the winner will be announced in next week’s poll.

Here are this week's nominees:

Jasmine Felton, Northeastern: Felton recently eclipsed the 2,000-career point mark for the Eagles.

Lili Booker, Mallard Creek: Booker scored 25 points in a 73-60 win over North Mecklenburg.

Makailah Davis, South Mecklenburg: Davis poured in 40 points and had eight 3-pointers in a 67-41 win over Palisades.

Blair Riley, Forestview: Riley had 21 points, 10 rebounds, three steals and three assists in a 69-37 win.

Kiara Anderson, East Lincoln: Anderson scored 29 points in a 73-17 win over West Iredell.

Lauren Farrell, Cox Mill: Farrell had 16 points and 16 rebounds in a 60-41 win over A.L. Brown.

Kate Sears, Watauga: Sears had a monster week in two wins for the Pioneers. She had 24 points, seven rebounds and seven assists in a win over South Caldwell, and had 29 points,, six rebounds and seven assists in a win over Hibriten.

Adelaide Jernigan, Bishop McGuinness: Jernigan had 19 points in a 65-24 win over NCLA and scored 15 in a win over CPLA.

Keira Wilson, Mountain Heritage: Wilson scored 14 points and 13 rebounds in a 72-32 win over Owen.
