Here are the candidates for SBLive’s Western North Carolina high school offensive football player of the week for Sept. 14-15 as nominated by fans, readers and SBLive’s staff. Read through the nominees and cast your vote in our poll. You may vote as often as you like. Voting will conclude on Saturday, September 30 at 11:59 p.m. and the winner will be announced in next week's poll. HERE ARE THIS WEEK'S NOMINEES

Dazion Murray, Chase: Murray ran for 184 yards and two touchdowns in a 50-43 loss against East Rutherford.

Carson Dimsdale, West Henderson: Dimsdale ran for 230 yards and four touchdowns in a 55-0 shutout win over East Henderson.

Hezzie Rudisill, Hendersonville: Rudisill had 20 carries for 315 rushing yards and a touchdown in a 34-30 loss to Polk County.

Loreynzo Sanchez, Polk County: Sanchez had 175 rushing yards and two touchdowns and also finished with 62 yards receiving in a 34-30 win over Hendersonville.

Jamir Fox, Ashbrook: Fox ran for 198 yards and three touchdowns and added an 80-yard touchdown reception in a 33-20 win over Forestview.

Trenton Sherrill, East Gaston: Sherrill completed 15 of 19 passes for 336 yards and four touchdowns and had 30 rushing yards and a score in a 62-14 win over Cherryville.
