Here are the candidates for SBLive’s Eastern North Carolina Offensive Football Player of the Week for Sept. 8-9 as nominated by fans, readers and SBLive’s staff. Read through the nominees and cast your vote in our poll. You may vote as many times as you like. Voting will conclude on Saturday, September 16 at 11:59 p.m. and the winner will be announced in next week's poll. Congratulations to last week's winner, Quinn Bentley of Ashley. Bentley received 5,131 votes, which was 59 percent of the votes cast. Devyn Grant of Garner finished second.

HERE ARE THIS WEEK'S NOMINEES

Hampton Roderick, Laney: Roderick had seven receptions for 135 yards and a touchdown in a 28-21 win over Cape Fear.

Hudson Wilharm, Hoggard: Wilharm threw for 138 yards and three touchdowns in a 38-14 win over Rose.

Ji'San McPhatter, Scotland: McPhatter threw for 199 yards and four touchdowns in a 40-35 win over Britt.

De'von Thomas, Rolesville: Thomas ran for 267 yards and four touchdowns in a 52-32 win against Cardinal Gibbons.

Landen Barnes, Farmville Central: Barnes ran for 101 yards and three touchdowns in a 50-0 win over Roanoke Rapids. 

Henry Hutchins, Millbrook: Hutchins had six receptions for 95 yards and a touchdown in a 44-6 win over Broughton.

Tyselle Spencer, Northeastern: Spencer ran for 185 yards and four touchdowns in a 52-6 win over Rocky Mount.
