Jaw-dropping Ohio high school flip interception crowned SportsCenter's top play

Aurora senior Dylan Crasi pulled down game-sealing pick Friday against Barberton

An Aurora High School (Ohio) game-sealing flip interception in a win over Barberton Friday night made its way from viral acclaim to SportsCenter's Top 10.

Barberton attempted a last-ditch heave toward the endzone, when Aurora senior cornerback/wideout Dylan Crasi leapt up high, pulled down the interception with one and and somehow held onto the ball to seal the Greenmen's 35-33 thriller on Friday night.

Footage of the play circulated quickly on social media and made it all the way to the ESPN Assignment Desk. By the end of the night, Crasi's spectacular play was minted No. 1 in SportsCenter's Top 10 plays of the night.

And better yet, Crasi appears to be in-tact after an awkward landing.

"Thank you for all of the support," Crasi said on Twitter. "We truly have the best fans in Ohio and I will forever stand by that. This play shouldn't represent me but the great program, community, and district that got me to where I am today!! All love."

The play even drew praise from the opposing sideline. In a Facebook post late Friday, Barberton coach Tony Gotto gave Crasi his flowers:

"With a minute and a half to go we throw to the endzone for the win and their corner makes a miraculous play," Gotto said. "Check out the video!!! Wow!!! Is all I can say!!"

Here's the best footage of the play, as captured by WOIO-19's Leah Doherty:

The win kept Aurora (9-1, 7-0 Division III-Suburban-American) undefeated in conference play with a week left in the regular season. The Greenmen face Highland on Friday at 7 p.m. Barbeton (5-4, 4-2) closes out the regular season at Cuyahoga Falls.
