The 2024 Minnesota (MSHSL) boys high school hockey state tournament begins on Wednesday, March 6. On Saturday, the MSHSL released the seeding for both the Class 1A and Class 2A tournament.
The Class 1A tournament begins on Wednesday, March 6, and the Class 2A tournament begins on March 7.

- Cretin-Derham Hall vs. No. 3 Centennial
- Elk River/Zimmerman vs. No. 1 Edina

Class 1A
- New Ulm vs. No. 2 Warroad
- Northfield vs. No. 3 St. Cloud Cathedral
- Alexandria vs. No. 1 Hermantown
