Villegas was second in Class 6A in receptions, and he had the most receiving yards in the class with 973. He also had 10 touchdown receptions.
In the Class 6A Prep Bowl, Villegas caught seven passes for 142 yards and one touchdown. In the semifinals, Villegas caught five passes for 79 yards and one touchdown.
