Jack Benter, Brownstown Central boys basketball
The Purdue recruit scored 78 points as the Braves beat Henryville, Southwestern (Hanover) and Providence to win a Class 2A sectional.
Flory Bidunga, Kokomo boys basketball
The Kansas recruit had double-doubles in the final (23 points, 10 rebounds, 4 assists, 4 blocks), the semis (28 points, 18 rebounds) and the quarterfinals (19 points, 15 rebounds, 4 assists) as the Wildkats won the Class 4A Lafayette Jefferson Sectional.
Max Booher, Greenwood Christian boys basketball
The senior scored 57 points in wins against Providence Cristo Rey, Central Christian and defending state champ Indianapolis Lutheran as the Cougars won a Class 1A sectional.
Clem Butler, Indianapolis Washington boys basketball
The senior had 23 points, 23 rebounds and five blocks in a 67-48 win over Christel House in a Class 3A sectional final. He also had nine points, 14 rebounds and three blocks in a victory against Purdue Poly.
John Chrapliwy, John Glenn boys basketball
The senior scored 40 points as the Falcons beat Culver Academies, Bremen and Tippecanoe Valley to win a Class 3A sectional.
Jillian Creager, Homestead girls gymnastics
The sophomore scored 37.475 to win the all-around title at the Huntington North Regional.
Major Davis, Irvington Prep boys basketball
The senior had double-doubles in a semifinal win against Indianapolis Riverside (25 points, 10 rebounds, 3 blocks) and a title-game victory over Eastern Hancock (16 points, 10 rebounds, 2 blocks) as the Ravens won a Class 2A sectional.
Bridget Donovan, Crown Point girls gymnastics
The senior won the all-around title at the Valparaiso Regional with a score of 38.350.
Austyn Dykes, Franklin Central girls gymnastics
The senior took first in all-around at the Franklin Central Regional with a score of 37.750.
Aaron Fine, Noblesville boys basketball
The senior scored 18 points in a 71-43 semifinal win over then-No. 2 Westfield and had 16 points in a 49-47 loss to top-ranked Fishers in the title game of the Millers' Class 4A sectional.
Brady Fisher, Mishawaka boys basketball
The senior helped the Cavemen win their own Class 4A sectional, scoring 51 points in wins against LaPorte, South Bend Adams and South Bend Riley. He had a double-double of 21 points and 11 rebounds vs. Adams.
Keenan Garner, Fishers boys basketball
The senior had 15 points and eight rebounds as the top-ranked Tigers beat the hosts 49-47 to win the Class 4A Noblesville Sectional.
Julius Gizzi, New Palestine boys basketball
The junior passed the 1,000-point mark for his career and pushed his program-record single-season record to 779 points, scoring 31 as the Dragons knocked off the previously unbeaten hosts 60-48 to win the Class 4A Greenfield-Central Sectional. He also had 21 points, eight rebounds in a quarterfinal win against Mount Vernon (Fortville) and contributed 11 points, five rebounds and three assists in the semis against Pendleton Heights.
Evan Haywood, Brebeuf boys basketball
The Butler recruit had a season-high 35 points with nine rebounds and three blocks in a 75-74 double-overtime loss to Guerin Catholic in a Class 3A sectional final.
Luke Helmuth, Westview boys basketball
The senior scored 61 points as the Warriors beat Fremont, Central Noble and Churubusco to win a Class 2A sectional.
Aiden Hibbard, Elkhart Christian boys basketball
The senior had 86 points, including a game-winning buzzer-beater in the final, as the Eagles beat Bethany Christian, Lakeland Christian and Lakewood Park Christian to win a Class 1A sectional.
Chase Konieczny, South Bend St. Joseph boys basketball
The junior had 57 points and 21 rebounds as the Huskies beat Mishawaka Marian and South Bend Clay to win a Class 3A sectional.
Jevon Lewis, Fort Wayne Wayne boys basketball
The senior scored 67 points and had 27 assists, including a pair of double-doubles, as the Generals won a Class 4A sectional with victories against Fort Wayne South Side, New Haven and Homestead.
Joshua Renfro, Christian Academy boys basketball
The junior had 69 points, 15 rebounds and six assists in three games as the Warriors won a Class 1A sectional. That included a 43-point effort in a 57-54 overtime win against Rock Creek Academy.
Azavier Robinson, Lawrence North boys basketball
The junior had 25 points and five assists as the Wildcats came from 12 points down to beat Indianapolis Cathedral in the title game of their own Class 4A sectional. He also had 20 points, six rebounds and four assists in a 65-51 win against Indianapolis North Central and scored 19 in a victory against Indianapolis Attucks.
