Here are the candidates for the WaFd Bank Idaho High School Athlete of the Week for Aug. 28-Sept. 2 as nominated by fans, readers and SBLive’s staff. IDAHO NOMINEES

Eva Biladeu, Moscow volleyball: Recorded a double-double with 23 digs and 10 kills to go along with three aces and three blocks in five-set win over Lewiston.

Caden Connors, Mountain View football: Bagged a pair of interceptions, including one he took 41 yards to the house to seal a 24-14 win over Rocky Mountain.

Austin Crum, Twin Falls football: Went 10-of-15 for 249 yards and four touchdowns while also running for two scores in 55-15 win over Idaho Falls.

Carson Harris, Sugar-Salem football: Rushed for 144 yards and four touchdowns, including three scores in first quarter in 42-14 win over Shelley.

Cole Holman, Middleton football: Eclipsed the 200-yard mark on the ground with a pair of touchdowns and also hauled in a 14-yard touchdown pass in a 41-27 win against Skyview.

Mack Jensen, Burley football: Completed 22-of-24 passes for 446 yards and seven touchdowns in a 65-30 'Battle in Boise' win over Vallivue.

Faith Johnson, Owyhee girls cross country: Now has fastest girls' 5K time in state at 18 minutes, 41.8 seconds with her win at Caldwell Twilight.

Connor Perkins, Dietrich football: Racked up 361 yards of total offense and eight touchdowns, including game-winner in triple overtime to erase 30-point deficit in 56-50 win over Rockland.

Troy Smith, Camas County football: Ran for nearly 200 yards and three scores, while adding an interception returns for a touchdown plus 11 tackles on defense in a 50-12 rout of Garden Valley.

Marisol Stosich, Boise girls soccer: Combined for three goals in wins over Centennial and Eagle.
