Here are the candidates for SBLive’s Georgia High School Athlete of the Week for February 5-11, 2024 as nominated by fans, readers and SBLive’s staff. Read through the nominees and cast your vote at the bottom of the page. Voting will conclude on Sunday, February 18th at 11:59 p.m. and the winner will be announced in next week's poll.

Here are this week's nominees:

Caleb Wilson, Holy Innocents Boys Basketball

Wilson had a near quadruple-double and showed why he is one of the best in his class. He finished with 23 points, 20 rebounds, 10 blocks and nine rebounds.

Ace Bailey, McEachern Boys Basketball

Bailey had another night flashing his greatness. He finished with 26 points, 19 rebounds, seven blocks and five assists.

Chasz Holmes, Parkview Boys Basketball

Holmes balled out against a very good Grayson squad. He scored 30 points on seven made threes and added in five assists and three steals.

Alexander Banks Jr., Temple Boys Basketball

Banks Jr. had himself a big night in a win over Heard County with a 30-point double-double.

Malik Hinton, Stone Mountain Boys Basketball

Hinton scored 31 points on Senior Night and helped his team win its last regular season game. He finishes with 1,291 career points.

CJ Brown, Kell Boys Basketball

Brown couldn’t be stopped whatsoever in the win over Greater Atlanta. He finished with a double-double of 35 points and 10 rebounds and also had five assists and three steals.

Rajah Morgan, South Cobb Boys Basketball

Morgan did it all for South Cobb with 33 points, 12 rebounds and five assists.

Anthony Gause, Milton Boys Basketball

Gause displayed some elite point guard play in a win over Denmark. He finished with 20 points and 12 assists and stole six passes.

CJ Wilson, Stockbridge Girls Basketball

Wilson captured the elusive and rare quadruple-double in a blowout victory over Lovett. She finished with 21 points, 11 rebounds, 11 assists and 10 steals.

Dakota Phillips, Hart County Girls Basketball

Phillips nearly had a 30-point triple-double in a win over Franklin County. She set a school record with nine threes made.

Jermiya Winston, Rome Girls Basketball

Winston balled out to help Rome clinch a state tournament spot with a career high 32 points and 13 rebounds.
