Maki Andrade, Harrison: Andrade was a playmaker in a loss to North Paulding. The senior made 12 tackles, recovered a fumble and broke up two passes
Tyler Atkinson, Grayson: Atkinson did his thing in a victory over South Gwinnett. The five-star sophomore made 10 tackles, including four tackles for loss.
Dorian Barney, Peachtree Ridge: Barney helped lead the defense in a win over North Gwinnett. The four-star sophomore made seven tackles, including one tackle for loss, and he had an interception.
Josh Milhollin, Fellowship Christian: Millholin showed up in a big way during a win over Athens Christian. In addition to a pick-six, the Army commit recorded eight tackles.
Ty Sorrels, Commerce: Sorrels helped the Commerce defense pitch a shutout against Athens Christian. The freshman had two interceptions, one of which he returned for a touchdown.
Alec Upshaw, Calhoun: Upshaw made his way to the backfield several times in a win over Woodland. The sophomore racked up five tackles for loss.
