The ninth week of the Georgia high school football season is in the books.

Now it’s time to voice your opinion on which player should be named SBLive’s South Georgia high school football offensive player of the week.

Read up on this week's five candidates below and let us know your pick. Voting will conclude on Saturday, October 21st at 11:59 p.m. The winner will be announced in next week’s poll.

South Florida Offensive Player of the Week

Here are this week's nominations:

The Valdosta running game: The Valdosta running game dominated in a 24-14 win over Richmond Hill last Friday night, and the entire unit is worthy of a nomination. As a team, the Wildcats rushed for 349 yards and three touchdowns. Deron Forster rushed for 102 yards and a touchdown, Todd Robinson rushed for 95 yards and a touchdown and Prince Jean rushed for 60 yards and a touchdown.

Keshun Mckever, Cook: Berrian had no answer for Cook High School running back Keshun Mckever, who rushed for 239 yards and five touchdowns in a 47-0 shoutout victory. His longest touchdown run went for 72 yards.

Matthew Fuller, Wayne County: Senior running back Matthew Fuller put together another monster Friday night for Wayne County, this time rushing for 272 yards and three touchdowns in a 21-16 win.

Caden McGatha, Pierce County: Junior running back Caden McGatha had a monster night against Toombs County last Friday, rushing for 223 yards and two touchdowns in a close 17-14 win. He also threw for 163 yards to finish with 386 yards of total offense.

Ja’Quan Bentley, Upson-Lee: Senior running back Ja’Quan Bentley was dominant last Friday night in a 43-0 shutout of Jackson. The senior rushed for 126 yards and three touchdowns in the win.
