The eighth week of the Georgia high school football season is in the books.

Now it’s time to voice your opinion on which player should be named SBLive’s North Georgia high school football offensive player of the week.

North Atlanta senior Demeitrus Barnes was voted last week's SBLive North Georgia high school football offensive player of the week.

Read up on this week's six candidates below and let us know your pick. Voting will conclude on Saturday, October 14th at 11:59 p.m. The winner will be announced in next week’s poll.

Nykahi Davenport, Roswell: Davenport did his thing in a 84-6 win against Lassiter. The senior ran the ball 10 times for 153 yards and three touchdowns.

Javin Gordon, Stephens County: Gordon ran all over Franklin County in a 52-7 victory. The junior finished with 12 carries for 201 yards and six touchdowns.

Brody Hannah, Loganville: Hannah put up big numbers in a 51-50 win over Clarke Central, completing 35 of 62 passes for 553 yards and seven touchdowns.

Julian Lewis, Carrollton: Lewis torched the defense in a 56-24 win against East Coweta. The five-star USC commit went 19-for-29 with 455 yards and six touchdowns through the air.

Jordan McCoy, Tucker: One of the state’s leading scorers added to his touchdown total in a dominant performance last week. The senior had 27 carries for 226 yards and three touchdowns.

Ahmed Souare, Loganville: Souare finished with 13 catches for 290 yards and four touchdowns in a win over Clarke Central.
