Here are the candidates for SBLive’s Georgia High School Athlete of the Week for Sept. 25-30 as nominated by fans, readers and SBLive’s staff. Read through the nominees and cast your vote at the bottom of the page. Voting will conclude on Saturday, October 7 at 11:59 p.m. and the winner will be announced in next week's poll.

Here are this week's nominations.
Caroline Stanton, Buford Softball
Stanton hit a bomb in the first inning and finished the game in the circle with her fourth no-hitter of the season, improving to 9-0.
Dylan Raiola, Buford Football
Raiola and Buford made light work of Collins Hill. He finished with 276 yards on 11-of-17 passing and five total touchdowns.
Macey Cintron, Wesleyan Softball
Cintron earned the win in the circle and finished with 10 strikeouts against Dawson County.
Jeremy Hecklinski, Walton Football
Walton is now 5-0 after taking down North Paulding behind Hecklinski’s 375 passing yards and four touchdowns. Walton has now scored 40 or more points in all five games this season.
Amber Blackwell, Lassiter Softball
Blackwell earned the win and struck out 10 versus Cherokee.
Ny Carr, Colquitt County Football
Carr broke the Colquitt County school-record for touchdown receptions with 34 with his two touchdowns in the win over Lincoln.
Maddie Johnson, North Oconee Softball
Johnson surpassed 600 career strikeouts with her 13 Ks in a win over East Forsyth.
Mike Matthews, Parkview Football
Matthews couldn’t be guarded in a 34-20 win over South Gwinnett. He led all receivers with seven receptions for 136 yards and three touchdowns.
Grace Westmoreland, Mount Vernon Softball
Westmoreland went the distance and shutout Decatur, finishing with 13 strikeouts.
Devin Ross, Thomas County Central Football
Ross had two interceptions and returned one for a touchdown in the blowout win over Veterans.
Jacy Harrelson, Houston County Softball
In a double-header versus Tift County, it was evident how much she was feared at the plate with five intentional walks. In the circle she was just as impactful with five innings pitched and 14 strikeouts.
Sire Hardaway, Douglas County Football
Hardaway was nearly perfect in a 50-0 win over Manchester. He was 15-for-17 passing for 306 yards and three touchdowns.
Gracyn Fanning, North Oconee Softball
Fanning went 3-for-3 versus Chestatee with a home run and four RBIs.
Kendall Wells, North Oconee Softball
Wells went 2-for-2 versus Chestatee with a double, home run, four RBIs and a stolen base.
Ousmane Kromah, Lee County Football
Kromah was sensational yet again with 327 yards and four touchdowns to help Lee County take down Houston County.
Amira Johnson, Carrollton Softball
Johnson hit her seventh home run of the season and drove in three runs in a 7-0 win over Chapell Hill.
Maddie Weathers, East Coweta Softball
Weathers went 2-for-4 with a double, a home run and five RBIs, versus Jackson.
Abby Pendergrass, East Paulding Softball
Pendergrass went 4-for-4 with a home run and four RBIs in the blowout win over Langston Hughes.
Leroy Jackson, Lee County Football
Jackson was a huge reason that Lee County defeated Houston County. He helped slow down its prolific offense with three sacks.
Nykahi Davenport, Roswell Football
Davenport rushed for 195 yards and a touchdown on only 12 carries in a 29-19 win over Blessed Trinity.
Kaden Hamilton, Hiram Football
Hamilton rushed for 161 yards and three touchdowns on 14 carries and also had a receiving touchdown in a 49-39 win over Dalton.
Javon Cox, Bainbridge Football
Cox had two pick-sixes versus North Hall and one was returned for 100 yards and the other was 72 yards.
Jonaz Walton, Central-Carrollton Football
Walton had almost 200 total yards and scored all five of Central’s touchdowns in a
35-21 win over Cedartown.
