It's time once again for us to highlight the top offensive performers from the past week in South Georgia high school football. It is also your turn to vote and tell us who you believe the top performer of the week.

Below is our poll with five candidates for your consideration, along with details on their performance from this past week. Voting will conclude on Saturday, September 23rd at 11:59 p.m. The winner will be announced in next week’s poll.

Editor’s note: Our corresponding poll is intended to be fun, and we do not set limits on how many times a fan can vote during the competition. The poll is specifically for fans to vote on the players that have been nominated and in no way discredits any other player that may not be mentioned in our poll.

Here are this week's nominations.

Nick Bliss, Richmond Hill: Senior Nick Bliss did it all for Richmond Hill last Friday night. The senior scored all four touchdowns, three rushing and one receiving to help lead them to a 28-26 victory over New Hampstead.

Caden McGatha, Pierce County: Bears quarterback Caden McGatha was dominant in their 49-6 win over Charlton County, tossing four touchdown passes.

Jay Kanazawa, Schley County: Kanazawa only threw the ball six times last Friday night in a 42-14 win, but the senior made the most of it, tossing four touchdowns.

Deron Foster, Valdosta: Wildcats freshman running back had himself a big night against Deerfield Beach, rushing the ball seven times for 110 yards and three touchdowns.

Jaylin Carter, Lowndes: Junior wide receiver Jaylin Carter caught seven passes for 119 yards and scored a touchdown in their loss to East Coweta Friday night. His longest catch went for 69 yards.

Fred Brown, Coffee: Coffee senior running back Fred Brown had himself another great night, rushing for 101 yards and three touchdowns in a blowout win against Salem.
