Here are seven candidates for your voting consideration

Each week of the Georgia high school softball season we will nominate several candidates for our Georgia high school softball hitter of the week honors and invite you to show your support for the candidate you believe is most deserving by voting.

Read up on our candidates below and let us know your pick. Voting will conclude on Saturday, September 9th at 11:59 p.m. The winner will be announced in next week’s poll.

Here are this week's nominations:

Kenidi Johnson, Arabia Mountain

Johson had an unbelievable day in the win over Lithonia. She showed her true power at the plate going 4-for-4 with three home runs and six RBIs.

Kendall Wells, North Oconee

Wells went 2-for-2 with two home runs and five RBIs in a 12-1 win over Madison County. With those two home runs she set the new single season home run record with her 15th.

Shelby White, North Gwinnett

White went 3-for-3 with two doubles and four RBIs in a 7-0 win over Creekview.

Gabby Lloyd, Rockdale County

In two games versus Morrow and Alcovy, Lloyd went 5-for-5 with five RBIs, a double, and two home runs.

Brianna Pryor, Central

In two blowout wins over Jordan and Spencer, Pryor went 5-for-6 with six RBIs, two doubles, and a home run.

Ella Oswalt, Northgate

Oswalt went 3-for-4 with two home runs and six RBIs and blew the game open in the win over Georgia Military College.

Maddie Johnson, North Oconee

Johnson did it all in a 6-2 win over Flowery Branch. She had 11 strikeouts and got the win in the circle, while also going 3-for-4 at the plate with an RBI.
