It's time once again for us to highlight the top offensive performers from the past week in South Georgia high school football. It is also your turn to vote and tell us who you believe the top performer of the week.

Below is our poll with five candidates for your consideration, along with details on their performance from this past week. Voting will conclude on Saturday, September 16th at 11:59 p.m. The winner will be announced in next week’s poll.

Editor’s note: Our corresponding poll is intended to be fun, and we do not set limits on how many times a fan can vote during the competition. The poll is specifically for fans to vote on the players that have been nominated and in no way discredits any other player that may not be mentioned in our poll.


South Georgia Offensive Player of the Week

Here are this week's nominations.

Keenan Phillips, Bainbridge: It was a dominant performance Friday night for Bainbridge running back Keenan Phillips. The senior rushed the ball 31 times for 202 yards and scored four touchdowns to help lead them to a 46-28 win over Thomasville.

Luke Kromenhoek, Benedictine: The Cadets quarterback had himself a great night against Ware County and helped lead them to a 31-24 win. Kromenhoek finished his night completing 18 of 28 for 220 yards and three touchdowns.

Prince Jean, Valdosta: Sophomore athlete Prince Jean did it all for the Wildcats last Friday night against Warner Robins. The sophomore carried the ball four times for 105 yards and a touchdown, and also caught nine passes for 76 yards and a touchdown in the win.

Preston Bird, Veterans: Senior wide receiver had a monster game for Veterans, catching 12 passes for 234 yards and two touchdowns in a win against Perry.

Quintin Orange, Ware County: Gators senior wide receiver had himself a great night against ranked Benedictine Friday night, catching six passes for 97 yards and two touchdowns.

Jordan Hardy, Camden County: Junior running back Jordan Hardy made the most of his five carries Friay night against New Hampstead, rushing for 123 yards and two touchdowns.
