Below is our poll with six candidates for your consideration, along with details on their performance from this past week. Voting will conclude on Saturday, September 9th at 11:59 p.m. The winner will be announced in next week’s poll.

Editor’s note: Our corresponding poll is intended to be fun, and we do not set limits on how many times a fan can vote during the competition. The poll is specifically for fans to vote on the players that have been nominated and in no way discredits any other player that may not be mentioned in our poll.

South Georgia Offensive Player of the Week

Congratulations to last week's winner: Here are this week's nominations: Hayden Roy of Toombs County.

Here are this week's nominations.

Prince Jean, Valdosta: With a running back as dynamic as Shakevious Wright is, sophomore running back Prince Jean had to make the most of his touches Friday night. He did just that, rushing for 100 yards and scoring three touchdowns on just eight carries

Jalewis Soloman, Schley County: Standout senior wide receiver Jalewis Soloman had himself a great Friday night, hauling in six passes for 108 yards and two touchdowns in a 30-0 win against Early County.

Jashaun Raymond: Clinch County: Running back Jashaun Raymond wasn’t the leading rusher Friday night, but he played a huge part in their win over Miller County, rushing five times for 102 yards and two touchdowns.

Judd Anderson, Warner Robins: Demons quarterback Judd Anderson, who transferred to the school on Monday, entered the game Friday night for Warner Robins late in the second quarter and helped lead them to a huge comeback. The senior finished his night with 175 yards and two touchdowns in a 39-35 win after trailing 21-5 prior to entering the game.

Keenan Phillips, Bainbridge: The Bearcats lost the game, but it wasn’t from a lack of effort from senior running back Keenan Phillips, who rushed for 139 yards against one of the best teams in the state in Thomas County Central.

Kamone Smooth, Westover: Senior running back had himself a big game for the Patriots, rushing for 162 yards and a touchdown on 22 carries. The Patriots went on to win the game 20-14 over Spencer.
